Delivery Expectations

Within Estimated Window
- US orders arrive in 7–20 business days; international orders in 10–25 business days.
- Tracking may not show activity until your parcel reaches a nearby hub or goes out for delivery. Some services (e.g., Standard International) don’t scan until arrival—rest assured, it will arrive by the end of the timeframe.
Past the Estimate
- If 20 (US) or 25 (International) business days have elapsed without a status update, please allow an extra 5 business days—most packages arrive shortly after the expected date.
Significantly Overdue
- Beyond 30 (US) or 35 (International) business days, our escalation team is investigating on your behalf. We’ll email you with an update within 2–5 business days.

Processing & Shipment
- Orders ship within 1–5 business days of placement.
- If your order ships early, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
- Didn’t see your tracking info by day five? Check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us via email at support@healeternal.com.
Delayed Shipment
- If your order hasn’t shipped by the sixth business day, our team has escalated the delay to fulfillment and will update you with tracking details within 3 additional business days.

Estimated Ship Date + Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Date
Transit time uses business days only (weekends and most holidays excluded unless you select a weekend delivery option).
Some items display an “order within” countdown—this shows how long you have to place an order to receive delivery by a specified date. Your confirmation email will include the final delivery date.

Free shipments arrive within 7–25 business days.
We optimize processing and carrier selection to meet this window. If your items haven’t shipped yet, rest assured we’ll send them in time for arrival within the stated timeframe.
